NIkki Nair, AK Sports, Sha Ru, more contribute to Gimme A Break Records' Ukraine fundraiser compilation: Listen
The release is raising money for Kyiv-based club ∄'s K41 Community Fund
Leeds-based Gimme A Break Records has released a new fundraising compilation for Ukraine's cultural community.
'Solidarity With Ukraine' takes in 17 tracks in total from a cast of bass music producers that includes Nikki Nair, AK Sports, Sha Ru, Nova Cheq and An Avrin, among others. The tracks featured span genres such as jungle, breakbeat, UK garage and electro.
Funds raised from sales of the compilation will go to the K41 Community Fund, which has been set up by the team behind Kyiv club ∄. The fund has been set up with the aim of providing financial, humanitarian and logistical support to the musical and cultural community in Ukraine that is currently feeling the effects of Russia's invasion of the country.
